Article Reprint Rules

Many of the tips and articles on this site are available for reprint - just look for the italicized line at the bottom of each tip or article that states that it may be reprinted. If you're not sure whether or not reprint is permitted, please ask.

My reprint rules are as follows:

• The article or tip must be printed unchanged and in its entirety. In other words, don't change links in the article or re-word stuff.

• The copyright notice and resource box must be included. Give credit where credit is due.

• Opt-in newsletters only, please. If you intend to publish the article to an email list, you must have the explicit permission to mail every single subscriber on your list - and the proof to back it up (most double opt-in list managers allow for recording of date/time of signup, referral ID, IP address, or other such things). Harvested, rented, leased, or purchased addresses are NOT acceptable. Neither is just adding someone to your list because you've corresponded before. Strictly opt-in only.

• Notification would be appreciated. Just a brief note with the URL where you've published the article or tip would be great. Contact me here.
